Quality plays the key role in the business expansion for us. All possible measures are taken at Texture Clothing to maintain the quality.
We are working with large capable factories who had all the following compliances according to buyer requirements.
Major Functions:
Fabric Inspection, Lab Tests, Initials, Production Piece, Final Inspection, Co-ordination with clients Q.C.
Inspection Certificate:
In House AQL/ as per Buyers’ Satisfaction.
Lab Tests:
Before putting the processed fabric into Operation Fabric is sent for Lab Tests and Inspection. Only after the satisfactory report the fabric is issued for cutting, sewing and finishing.
Pre-Production:
Apart from maintaining the aesthetic value of garment we also focus on achieving the same through exercises at time of order closure & pre-production stage.
